I am not a fan of protein powders. Ever since a certain company(from Canada and sold in Walmart) got a lot of shit when the got caught amino spiking whey protein in order to make a larger profit, I really don’t trust hardly any of these companies.  I’m not rich and $40 for a tub of protein is way too expensive if the quality and purity is in question.  Besides, real food alway works best and will always provide the best results.

This is absolutely the most easy way to make a protien shake. It is so easy that you don’t even need a blende and can be made in just a couple of minutes. After the shake is made, you set it in the fridge overnight and all the flavored fuze together to make an easy and complete meal.

Put about 5 ounces of water into a shaker cup. Almost every shaker haste an ounce measurement on the side. So you won’t have to use a measuring cup. EASY

Dump 1 cup of oats into the concoction. Use quick oats for it to be creamy, use old fashioned oats for a thicker consistency.

imageEither throw in some dried berries(1/4 cup or 1 once) or use 2 tbsp of PB2. It’s your choice.

Pour in in about 8 ounces of liquid egg whites. Then shake the fuck out of it again for  30 seconds.

Set it in the fridge overnight and drink it the next morning.
